Biography & Career

Terry Buchen, CGCS, MG, is a third-generation, third-party, independent, and international consulting agronomist and former golf course superintendent with more than 50 years of experience. Today, he is based in Williamsburg, VA, with an office in Eagle, ID.

Education & Certifications

  • Two-Year Graduate Program, Agronomy/Turf Grass Management, Penn State University
  • Certificate, Golf & Park Facility Administration, The University of California-Irvine Campus
  • Master Greenkeeper (MG), 1 of only 80 Worldwide, Awarded by the British & International Golf Greenkeepers Association
